जीवन और मृत्यु
हम इस जागतिक सागर मे लहर मात्र है/ इस भाव को अपने भीतर खूब गहरे उतरने दो/ अपनी श्वास को उठती हुई लहर की तरह महसूस करना शुरू करो / तुम सांस लेते हो ; तुम सांस छोड़ते हो / जो सांस अभी तुमाहरे अन्दर जा रही है वह एक क्षण पहले किसी दूसरे की सांस थी / और जो सांस अभी तुमसे बाहर जा रही है वह अगले क्षण किसी दूसरे की सांस हो जाएगी / सांस लेना जीवन के सागर मैं लहरों के उठने - गिरने जैसा ही है / तुम अलग नहीं हो ,बस लहर हो / गहराई मे तुम एक हो / हम सब इकठे हैं , संयुक्त हैं / वैयक्तिता जूठी है , भ्रामक है / इसीलिए अहंकार एकमात्र बाधा है / वैयक्तिता जूठी है , वह भासती तो है , लेकिन सत्य नहीं है / सत्य तो अखंड है , सागर है, अद्वैत है /
यही कारण है की प्रत्येक धर्म अहंकार के विरोध मे है / जो व्यक्ति कहता है की इश्वर नहीं है , वह अधार्मिक नहीं भी हो ,लेकिन जो अहंकारी है वह अवश्य अधार्मिक है / धर्म के लिए निरहंकार जरुरी है ,बुनियादी है / और अगर तुम इश्वर मे विश्वास भी करते हो, लेकिन अहंकार भरे मन से विश्वास करते हो तो तुम अधार्मिक हो / अहंकार-रहित मन के लिए इश्वर मे विश्वास की भी ज़रूरत नहीं है; निरहंकारी होकर तुम लहर से चिपके नहीं रह सकते हो ; तुम्हे सागर मे गिरना ही होगा / अहंकार ही लहर से चिपका रह सकता है/ जीवन को सागर की भांति देखो और अपने को लहर मात्र समझो /
हमारी समस्या क्या है? समस्या यह है की लहर अपने आप को सागर से अलग मानती है / और अगर लहर अपने को सागर से अलग मानेगी तो उसे तुरंत या देर-सबेर मृत्यु का भय उसे अवश्य घेरेगा / लेकिन अगर लहर जन ले की मैं नहीं हूँ,सागर ही है तो उसे मृत्यु का कोई भय नहीं रह जायेगा / लहर तो मरती ही है , लेकिन सागर हमेशा-हमेशा ही रहता है / मै या तुम मर सकते हैं ; लेकिन जीवन नहीं मर सकता / अस्तित्व नहीं मरेगा , अस्तित्व तो लहराता ही जाता है / वह तुममे लहराया है ; वह दूसरों मे भी लहरा रहा है / और जब तुम्हरी लहर बिखर रही होगी, तो संभव है तुमाहरे बिखराव मे से ही दूसरी लहरें उठें / सागर हमेशा रहता है /
जब तुम अपने को लहर के रूप में अलग देख लेते हो और सागर यानि अरूप के साथ एक जान लेते हो ,एकात्म अनुभव करते हो , तो फिर तुम्हरी मृत्यु नहीं है / अन्यथा मृत्यु का भय होगा , प्रत्येक पीड़ा में , प्रत्येक संताप में ,चिंता में मृत्यु का भय मूलभूत है - चाहे तुम्हे इसका बोध न भी हो , लेकिन अपने अंतस में प्रवेश करोगे तो इसे पाओगे ही , तुम थर-थर काँप रहे हो , क्योंकि अहंकार के कारन तुम मरने वाले हो / तुम अनेक सुरक्षा के उपाय कर सकते हो , लेकिन कोई उपाय कम नहीं देगा ; धूल धूल में जामिलेगी /
कभी तुम को यह ख्याल आया की अभी तुम जिस रस्ते पर चल रहे हो , और जो धूल तुमाहरे जूते पर जमा हो रही है , हो सकता हो वह धूल किसी नेपोलियन , किसी हिटलर , किसी सिकंदर के शरीर की धूल हो / और यही हाल हम सबका होने वाला है / देर-सबेर धूल धूल मे मिल जाएगी , लहर विदा हो जायेगी / दो चीजें सदा याद रखना , रूप सदा लहर है और अरूप सागर है - रूप मृण्मय है , अरूप चिन्मय है , शाश्वत है/
और ऐसा नहीं है की तुम किसी दिन मरोगे , तुम प्रतिदिन मर रहे हो / बचपन मरता है, जवानी जनम लेती है / फिर जवानी मरती है और बुढ़ापा जन्मता है , और फिर बुढ़ापा भी मरता है और रूप विदा हो जाता है / प्रत्येक क्षण तुम मर रहे हो -हर बाहर जाने वाली सांस के साथ ; प्रत्येक क्षण तुम जन्म ले रहे हो - हर अन्दर आने वाली सांस के साथ / यह आपका पहला जनम नहीं है और न ही पहली मृत्यु होगी / तुम पहले भी जन्मे थे , पहले भी मरे थे , और न जाने यह चक्र कब तक चलेगा / तुम्हरा एक अंश मरता है ; दूसरा अंश जन्मता है / शरीरशाश्त्री कहते हैं की सात वर्षों मे तुमाहरे शरीर का कुछ भी पुराना नहीं बचता ; एक-एक चीज़, एक-एक कोष्ठ बदल जाता है / अगर तुम ७० साल जीते हो तो , आपका शरीर दस बार बदल जाएगा , वह भी पूरा का पूरा / यह परिवर्तन कोई अचानक नहीं होता , प्रत्येक क्षण हो रहा है /
तुम एक लहर हो और लहर को सतत बदलते रहना है , सतत गतिमान रहना है/ सागर सत्य है , ब्रह्म है / लहरें जनम लेती हैं ,विदा लेती हैं / यह चक्र ऐसे ही चलता रहेगा / एक ही इलाज किया जा सकता है -वह है इस लहर-रूप का साक्षी होना / और एक बार साक्षी हो गए तो अचानक उसका बोध हो जायेगा जो लहर के पार है ,जो लहर के पीछे है , जो लहर मे भी है लहर के बाहर भी है ,जिससे लहर बनती है और जो फिर भी लहर के पार है ; जो सागर है /
आँख से जो देखा जा सकता है वह रूप है ,और रूप को मिटना ही है- मृण्मय है / केवल अरूप शाश्वत है - चिन्मय है /
संत कबीर ने सही कहा है :
' राम मरे तो मैं मरूं , नहीं तो मरे बलाय,
अविनाशी का बालका मरे न मारा जाए /
' राम नाम सत्य है , बाकी सब माया है ( माया यानि जो नहीं है लेकिन सत्य की तरह भासती है )

PROBLEMS, MYTHS AND FACTS OF PRESENT DAY LIFE
Hi Friends,
Allow me to discuss problems, myths and facts of modern day life. I know everybody wants joys of life but unless and until we increase our understanding problem, myths and facts are going to remain as it is. I don’t claim anything; I just want your valuable time and a humble request to read this ‘Essay’ unto last. While reading one thing should be kept in mind- (a) All things are subject to interpretation; whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth (b) present day society is living with mind and forgotten heart completely. (c) I am not talking about what the society should be, I am talking about where we have reached. You may feel that things have been exaggerated beco’z we are the part of the same society and every mind thinks differently. It is easy to deny but require courage to accept the reality. And when reality is accepted in its naked totality, then only one can think of change otherwise who wants to disturb his dreams – and our ugly master ‘MIND’ does not believe in change- its trinity is ‘habit – repetition – and subconscious.’
Sigmund Freud has said, “Modern man takes birth with an already sick mind and at the maximum he can be made a normally mad person but can not be cured fully of his insanity.” But Indian wisdom does not agree with him and declares that man does not take birth as a sick minded person but he definitely takes birth in a sick society. And environment of the present society, community, modern education, morality, organized religion and market based culture turns him into a person with sick mentality. When he crosses certain norms and limits he becomes fully mad and mental asylum is the only answer, where he/ she can be treated to return his normally mad status – so that he becomes fit to live in the same society and so again can become fully mad or to commit suicide.
Indian wisdom says that this madness is the result of the deep division of his personality. Present day man is not a single individual but 2 or more persons are residing in his single body or ‘Split Personality’. And always there is a continuous fight going on between the different personalities of the single person. Present day person has broken his bridge with the ‘Heart’ and identified himself totally with the mind and living from the ‘Mental Centre’ and so has become normally mad person as defined by Sigmund Freud.
When a child is born he is living from heart mechanism and that is the reason a child is innocent, beautiful, radiant and with overflowing joy. But present day man systematically locks the heart and destroys the key and learns the cunning and artificial mind’s language and games. All other living species are natural and normal and live with laws of ‘Cosmic Energy’ except most developed mind human beings. Why?
Cosmic Energy manifests itself in many forms of life. According to Indian wisdom in 84,00,000 forms but according to science in approximately 90,00,000 forms but immediately adds that ‘Indian Wisdom’ may be more correct.
Human beings is one form out of 84,00,000 species, so in the eyes of existence there is no qualitative difference but only quantitative difference as same cosmic energy is flowing through all the 8.4 million species. But because of the bloody fool attitude and egotistic mind, man thinks he is supreme and wants to control and win the cosmic energy which is source of his life. And blunt truth is that a child can not become father of his own father!!!!!.
Let me start from the birth of a child of a human being in present day society. Mother gives birth to a child. 1st myth of the society starts. All the societies and religions go on harping that ‘Mother’ is the most beautiful and important creation of the ‘God’ and I agree that it is necessary to harp this continuously and at each platform of life. Why? Because that is a necessary evil and so required – suppose a woman refuses to become a mother, what will happen of the overflowing cosmic energy which wants to manifest itself to continue the ‘Divine Play’ or ‘Leela’of ‘Ishwar’ – soon she is going to refuse her privilege of becoming mother – thanks to ‘Woman-Liberation –Movement’- I am a58 yrs. married man with 3 children, but till now not able to understand, from whom she wants liberation – according to my experience and understanding, she wants to be liberated from motherhood and household work – and see ‘Test-tube’ babies, ‘Surrogated Motherhood’ has even started and soon we are going to have ‘Designer babies’ made to order in a bio-engineering plant with free home delivery service in a unbreakable but bio-degradable packing. latest finding declares today’s modern woman uses 500 chemicals on face & body plus certain implants not to look beautiful but to look sexy.(don’t be angry- I also love my mother - the most). And if this world has become hell, then greatest contribution in making the world hell is by a mother. But its converse is also true, a mother can make this world a heaven also but that is a diminishing phenomenon now a day, but it is also true. Indian wisdom knew it from the olden times.
Mother’s love in ‘Sanskrit’ is called: ‘Mamta: mam+ta; meaning feeling of my-ness or selfishness, while ‘Father’s love is called: ‘Vatsalyta: Vat + salyta: Air + Same-ness or equality. Remember (1) It is easy to become a mother but very difficult to become a father. (2) Mother makes a child dependent on her, while father tries and makes a child independent.
Let us understand the logic given by the leading ‘Psychologists’, ‘Thinkers’ ‘Doctors’, ‘Behaviorism Experts’ and ‘Spiritualists’ in detail. Mother is the 1st ‘Guru’ of the child. Mother- Child relationship is considered most precious and sacred – Why? Mother is the first food of the child and food is the basic need for survival. A new born child can not speak but can hear sound, can see, can smell, can taste and feel but can not resolve and understand these informations from the 5 senses because his mind has not developed but has just started to develop. But his body intelligence starts working from the moment he comes out of his/ her mother’s womb because cosmos wants to survive the new arrival. His conscious mind is developing but his sub-conscious mind and body intelligence is there that is why he immediately starts sucking milk from his mother’s breast. Soon he will learn that his/ her mother likes his certain activities and is irritated with some other activities. And as child is totally dependent on mother for survival a child has to be a quick learner. So he soon learns when the mother is feeling happy and when she feels irritated – which of his activities are acceptable and gives joy to the mother and which of the activities are not acceptable and creates unhappiness. Remember feelings are to be felt from the core of the being or heart and child’s feelings are fully developed otherwise he can’t survive. He can recognize his mother from the warmth of his mother’s body and he can recognize his/ her mother’s heart beats as he has heard them for 9 months inside the womb. That is why a child stops weeping when his/ her mother embraces him/ her and keeps him near her medical heart, the blood pumping organ. He/ she starts understanding that his smile gives happiness and he gets warm hug of his mother, he gets attention and love, his weeping gives him food. But his weeping with different pitch of sound, for urine or shit, he gets attention with some irritation for change of nappies.
So child learns to act accordingly – he repeats falsely the actions which gives joy to his mother and learns repressing the other actions which are not acceptable. In short he has learned to exhibit false face, emotions and actions, suppression and other mind games & lies from his own mother for survival. A child is very sensitive and fragile which gives him a fear for security and unprotected ness. A child knows the language of weeping for all his needs and requirements – and a weeping child is not liked by his mother and other family members. So he gets mild and on few occasions a harsh punishment. And to avoid this punishment he starts repressing his feelings and start diminishing his sensitivity. As feelings and sensitivity is the domain of ‘Heart’ so starts to live heartlessly but with messy mind. Child’s 1st year completed and now his future years.
He starts speaking words, understands mothers language, recognizes certain objects, and has learned to walk means mind has developed to the present required capacity so his needs, demands and desires will also grow accordingly. And a new phenomenon has started. As a child is the future of the family, society, community, nation and world so his all the demands which are necessities until now have to be met.
Now, as all of his demands are met – some after his asking and others even before his asking. A child starts thinking that he is the most important member of the family neighborhood and society and is convinced that he is the center and all others move
around him. And soon he begins to think that whole existence is made just for him and he has simply to ask and all of his demands are going to be fulfilled. And as he grows, some of his demands become complicated and even dangerous specially after joining primary school and later secondary school. He learns comparison and starts comparing himself with others especially with the children who are richer monetarily but he could not understand the reason. It becomes difficult - more difficult and impossible to meet all his demands. And the new feeling of hopelessness and frustration starts building in him. Due to this new tension, his immature mind starts to think he is being cheated. He thinks he is being dethroned from his earlier status. And if a 2nd child is born the problem becomes more complicated. Now he is no more the cynosure of the parents, family and neighborhood. His status has been snatched by the new child. This is the reason why older children start teasing, pinching and even hitting the new child.
Problem becomes real nightmare as the child is no more the centre and cynosure but his subconscious mind goes on believing that he is still the centre and cynosure of the family. Problem has become psychological as memory has gone deep into subconscious. So child becomes obstinate, arrogant and uses all the tantrums and techniques to convince his parents and other family members. Mother and grandparents becomes his tools for meeting his illogical demands and desires as they are soft hearted and do not use logic, accepting the demand is easy way out for them. Their prestige does not get lowered in the eyes of the child. At this stage a child even learns stealing, bribery, hiding facts, politics, cheating and lies to meet his demands thanks to the preachings and sat-sang of his/ her 1st Sad-guru- mother, schoolmates, some of his other family members and society.
13 yrs. completed, now he is in his 14th year and a new problem of puberty has manifested in his body. He is totally confused – he starts feeling adult all of sudden but family and society and laws of the land still treat him as a child – he could not understand what is happening – but certainly he can feel the physiological & biological, psychological and emotional changes but he could not understand and resolve the changes and the impact of changes. Adults don’t allow their company as he is still a child in their eyes – and he does not like the company of children as he thinks himself as an adult. His dreams have become colored in place of black & white. he does not know what to do. Actually this Life Energy is the original creative energy of cosmos and society should give genuine education through genuine teachers but every society, every religion condemns this life force and has suppressed from long-long time so every member of the present sick society goes on suppressing in place of understanding this sacred energy. And his consultants are immature child of his age, films and T.V. serials (money minting show business). And it is proved by science as well as spiritualism that whatever is suppressed goes on collecting and becomes a reservoir of energy and erupts through other channels with volcanic force. It is true with this energy also – this sacred and life creating energy enters in the domain of mind (in place of body and heart )and mind messes up everything, so mind has made it into time pass, entertainment and big market as every thing in present society has been converted into money minting industry. So pornography, prostitution and perversions, have become the new religion and fashion of the society and rave parties are the new craze.
Everybody is pretending and think life will teach them the change whe time comes. If he is lucky and in good company of friends then ok otherwise he may spoil himself with misinformation’s. And all this changes makes him slight mature and he starts thinking that he can take his own decisions and often does mistakes because of immaturity, over confidence and obstinacy of proving his/ her adulthood. It becomes very difficult to convince him/ her at this stage, so starts behaving in most irresponsible, arrogant and confronting ways. Now again role of mothers - mothers start defending them, hiding facts from father, supporting his/ her lies and goes on pretending that nothing is wrong . She believes things will improve with time because she herself does not understand the gravity of the problem, and even after becoming mother lives under the consultancy of her own mother. So father has to fight against the mother-children-mother-in-law union, alone.
In colleges’ children refines their negative traits and after completing the education one new normal sick person with 50 faces (Ravan had only 10) is ready to serve and contribute to the already normal sick society with 100 faces and evolution is going on. There is a very famous saying, “History repeats itself”. So again new cycle will start and nobody will think and realize one more generation has been wasted. On the contrary some new and novel methods will be invented to downgrade the society to new lows. And this vicious circle goes on till some enlightened soul with fresh fragrance appears but to be murdered again - But sure emergence of a new organized religion, cult or sect bearing the name of the enlightened soul takes place and old game starts again.

A child is very sensitive and fragile which gives him a fear for security and unprotected ness. A child knows the language of weeping for all his needs and requirements – and a weeping child is not liked by his mother and other family members. So he gets mild and on few occasions a harsh punishment. And to avoid this punishment he starts repressing his feelings and start diminishing his sensitivity. As feelings and sensitivity is the domain of ‘Heart’ so starts to live heartlessly but with messy mind. Child’s 1st year completed and now his future years.
He starts speaking words, understands mothers language, recognizes certain objects, and has learned to walk means mind has developed to the present required capacity so his needs, demands and desires will also grow accordingly. And a new phenomenon has started. As a child is the future of the family, society, community, nation and world so his all the demands which are necessities until now have to be met.
Now, as all of his demands are met – some after his asking and others even before his asking. A child starts thinking that he is the most important member of the family neighborhood and society and is convinced that he is the center and all others move
around him. And soon he begins to think that whole existence is made just for him and he has simply to ask and all of his demands are going to be fulfilled. And as he grows, some of his demands become complicated and even dangerous specially after joining primary school and later secondary school. He learns comparison and starts comparing himself with others especially with the children who are richer monetarily but he could not understand the reason. It becomes difficult - more difficult and impossible to meet all his demands. And the new feeling of hopelessness and frustration starts building in him. Due to this new tension, his immature mind starts to think he is being cheated. He thinks he is being dethroned from his earlier status. And if a 2nd child is born the problem becomes more complicated. Now he is no more the cynosure of the parents, family and neighborhood. His status has been snatched by the new child. This is the reason why older children start teasing, pinching and even hitting the new child.
Problem becomes real nightmare as the child is no more the centre and cynosure but his subconscious mind goes on believing that he is still the centre and cynosure of the family. Problem has become psychological as memory has gone deep into subconscious. So child becomes obstinate, arrogant and uses all the tantrums and techniques to convince his parents and other family members. Mother and grandparents becomes his tools for meeting his illogical demands and desires as they are soft hearted and do not use logic, accepting the demand is easy way out for them. Their prestige does not get lowered in the eyes of the child. At this stage a child even learns stealing, bribery, hiding facts, politics, cheating and lies to meet his demands thanks to the preachings and sat-sang of his/ her 1st Sad-guru- mother, schoolmates, some of his other family members and society.
13 yrs. completed, now he is in his 14th year and a new problem of puberty has manifested in his body. He is totally confused – he starts feeling adult all of sudden but family and society and laws of the land still treat him as a child – he could not understand what is happening – but certainly he can feel the physiological & biological, psychological and emotional changes but he could not understand and resolve the changes and the impact of changes. Adults don’t allow their company as he is still a child in their eyes – and he does not like the company of children as he thinks himself as an adult. His dreams have become colored in place of black & white. he does not know what to do. Actually this Life Energy is the original creative energy of cosmos and society should give genuine education through genuine teachers but every society, every religion condemns this life force and has suppressed from long-long time so every member of the present sick society goes on suppressing in place of understanding this sacred energy. And his consultants are immature child of his age, films and T.V. serials (money minting show business). And it is proved by science as well as spiritualism that whatever is suppressed goes on collecting and becomes a reservoir of energy and erupts through other channels with volcanic force. It is true with this energy also – this sacred and life creating energy enters in the domain of mind (in place of body and heart )and mind messes up everything, so mind has made it into time pass, entertainment and big market as every thing in present society has been converted into money minting industry. So pornography, prostitution and perversions, have become the new religion and fashion of the society and rave parties are the new craze.
Everybody is pretending and think life will teach them the change whe time comes. If he is lucky and in good company of friends then ok otherwise he may spoil himself with misinformation’s. And all this changes makes him slight mature and he starts thinking that he can take his own decisions and often does mistakes because of immaturity, over confidence and obstinacy of proving his/ her adulthood. It becomes very difficult to convince him/ her at this stage, so starts behaving in most irresponsible, arrogant and confronting ways. Now again role of mothers - mothers start defending them, hiding facts from father, supporting his/ her lies and goes on pretending that nothing is wrong . She believes things will improve with time because she herself does not understand the gravity of the problem, and even after becoming mother lives under the consultancy of her own mother. So father has to fight against the mother-children-mother-in-law union, alone.
In colleges’ children refines their negative traits and after completing the education one new normal sick person with 50 faces (Ravan had only 10) is ready to serve and contribute to the already normal sick society with 100 faces and evolution is going on. There is a very famous saying, “History repeats itself”. So again new cycle will start and nobody will think and realize one more generation has been wasted. On the contrary some new and novel methods will be invented to downgrade the society to new lows. And this vicious circle goes on till some enlightened soul with fresh fragrance appears but to be murdered again - But sure emergence of a new organized religion, cult or sect bearing the name of the enlightened soul takes place and old game starts again.

ANGER
Hi Friends,
Today let me talk about anger. In ‘Sanskrit’ anger is called ‘KRODH’.

W.Shakespere defines: Anger is my meat; I sup upon myself.
Indian wisdom defines: Anger is fire which burns both, object as well as subject.
So anger is a trait, which (e)nrage a person and its range is from slight irritation (abuse/ bad gesture) to intense fury ( physical violence).
1. Means anger is always aggressive and it can exist only through some kind of aggression.
2. Anger is always present hiding somewhere inside our body and trying to surface outside.
3. It is simply hunger which gets converted to frustration and finally to anger.
4. Modern man is not happy with his present status and situation so he is always in anxiety and discontentment. Prior situation of anger.
5. Anger is energy and the sudden outburst of this energy causes violence of somekind. That is the reason people can do miraculous acts which are not possible in normal state.
6. Mostly its nature is destructive.
7. Showing anger has become sign of authority.
8. But as every monster can be tamed with understanding, training and practice – so is anger. With watching, witnessing and awareness anger can be made to disappear.
9. And when anger disappears its energy is released and is transformed into love and compassion.
10. There are few things which can not be done by any one else for us or on our behalf (even God can’t do – God can help your efforts). And those are the most precious things only we can do. And watching, witnessing and awareness come in those few things.

Mechanism and Dynamics of Anger
Some object outside, bitter and traumatic memories of past, urge to settle old scores, hurting of ego and frustration activates the switch of anger and production of certain chemicals/ hormones – adrenaline and noradrenalin are released into our system.
Physiological and Biological changes
Rise in B.P. and heart rate, clenching of fists, pressing of teethes, urge of biting and hitting with body parts or with some external objects, scratching with nails etc. etc.
If the situation allows we act immediately, otherwise act is postponed to be executed in future with proper thinking, planning.
Why it is uncontrollable
The most troublesome fact is that anger surfaces without warning and so quickly
(B’coz of our long nurturing of the old habit) that, when the person realizes the situation, action has already taken place. And worst part is, because of repetition it has become our reflux action or our second nature.
From media it has become known that even a simple act of no significance or words (which were considered normal just 10-15 yrs. back) angers even a socalled educated person of our diseased society to flare up violently. Amount of violence goes on increasing, be it a school, college, home, office or traveling or marketplace. Most surprising thing is even females and school kids who were so cool just 10-15 yrs. back are openly indulging in this trait.
And still most astonishing thing is people are refusing to feel sorry and to accept that their intolerance level and reasoning levels have come to nadir. Even small kids rationalize their actions and shamelessly accuse other person responsible for the situation and their pathological behavior. Modern man is so cunning that by deceiving others continuously, have become skillful in deceiving that he goes on deceiving even himself and his near and dear ones. The skill has become so ingrained in his system that now, no conscious deliberate effort is needed – so much so that it has become his second nature.
Anger has reached to every corner of the society one can think and imagine. Counseling has failed .What can be the reason ?
- Suppression of the anger from childhood.
- Competition from the day one; ambition; will to succeed at any cost; celebrity status; discontentment; pride; jealousy; hunger for power, money and status. Disparity among people has reached optimum level.
- Depiction of violence in special news channels and all entertainment programmes, movies, video games for kids, head lines on front pages and other pages of each and every news paper.
- Whole world has become a market and moral and means of the market is money – achieved by any means at any cost with only one care, not to be caught red handed. contd. next page
- Bribery and corruption have become moral and religion of the present day society.
- Money – Sex – Drugs have become new ‘Trinity’ – ‘Brahma – Vishnu – Mahesh.’
All this have made man to be an egotistic monster and reduced him to a machine. And machines do not have heart and its feelings – Machines have only body and mind.
Spiritual (not religious) thinkers and well wishers of the life should sit together and must find a solution. BALANCE OF MATERIALISM AND SPIRITUALISM has become dangerously unbalanced, almost lost. Distance has increased, bridge has fallen. Need of the hour is to restore the balance and new much lengthier, wider and reinforced bridge has to be made with hybrid technology of ‘ East’ and ‘ west’.
Clock of materialism has to be made slower and clock of spiritualism is to be made faster.
Moral:
- Use i-pill for ego and desires as they are never barren and hate birth control so wants to remain eternally pregnant.
- Welcome whatever comes and let go whatever goes.
- Feel the presence of supreme consciousness and awaken self-consciousness and let it merge into supreme consciousness so that both become one and whole and start vibrating with the universal energy of the cosmos.

M I N D ( man:)
Hi Friends,
Today I am going to talk about mind. Mind is a beautiful, most evolved but most complex mechanism in existence to serve his master. But if the master does not know how to use this mechanism properly then life becomes chaos or simply hell. And remember every servant has a hidden desire to become master and invents his own ways to become a master. As it serves the master well and because of its services the master can start trusting it blindly and can become careless. And b’coz of careless attitude, unconscious behavior and sleepiness servant becomes master and starts treating the master as servant – an ugliest and pathetic situation.
Now let us start to understand mind.
1. English language’s man is taken from Sanskrit’s man:( mind) simply man means a
living human being with mind.
2. The great Indian sage ‘ Manu’ – His name simply means – Manu= man:+ udasin or
who has transcended the man: ( mind).( udasin means unattached or mirror like or
a digital camera not an olden camera with photographic reel/ plate.). In India man is called ‘manushya’ in Sanskrit and Hindi. A ‘Shishya’ or a disciple of ‘Manu’.
3. Lord Krishna in His ‘Geeta’ has demanded only mind (man:) and nothing else.
4. A famous Indian proverb: ‘man: ke haarey haar hai, man: ke jeetey jeet’
5. Famous lines of ‘saint Kabeer’:
‘man: mera nirmal bhaya, jyon ‘Ganga’ kaa neer,
Peechey-peechey ‘Hari’ firen kahat ‘Kabeer’ ‘Kabeer’!
6. Mind ( man:) is the cause of re-birth, moksha:, nirvana, Ultimate liberation. Famous principle of Indian Wisdom and even great scientists like ‘ Albert Einstein’ and other thinkers of the west believe this idea.
Indian wisdom from the famous example of ‘Chariot’ (Rath :) and ‘Charioteer’ (Rathee :) says mind (man: ) is ‘reins’- chariot is body- senses ( indriyaan) are horses-
Wisdom ( Vivek) is driver ( saarthi) – intellect ( Buddhi) is thoughts ( Vichaar) and topics ( Vishaya) are roads where horses run. ‘Soul’ is owner ( rathi).
And without reins horses can’t be controlled or chariot (rath) can’t be controlled. You can understand from the example of car where reins= Steering wheel+ Breaks + Clutch + Accelerator.
Now anyone can understand the importance of mind.
From ‘Human Psychology’ if you want to understand then mind can be called a
9 storied building on a ‘Hill Station’ where you enter on the 5th storey directly from the road. You must have seen the houses on a hill station.
4 lower stories are ‘Sub conscious mind’- ‘Collective sub conscious mind’ – ‘Supreme subconscious mind’ and ‘Cosmic subconscious mind’. Western Psychologists ‘Sigmund Freud’, ‘Adler’, and ‘Jung’ could reach up to ‘Collective subconscious mind’
only.

And 4 upper stories are ‘Conscious mind’ – ‘Collective conscious mind’ –
‘Supreme conscious mind’ and ‘Cosmic conscious mind’. This I have to write so that you can understand the vastness of the mind. Our ‘Rishies’ and ‘Saints’ knew about the mind from time immemorial. And ‘Sir Aurobindo’ of south has done a lot on conscious mind.
And don’t be confused between ‘Mind’ and ‘Brain’. Brain can be treated by ‘Neuro-Physcian’ or ‘Neuro-Surgeon’ but for the treatment of mind one has to go to a ‘Psychiatrist’, ‘Hypnotist’ or ‘Psychoanalyst (Shrink).
Now question arises how to be in control of mind so that master remains a master and servant remains a servant. The answer is ‘Meditation’, ‘Awareness’ and ‘‘Witnessing’ (Saakshi-bhav or Udaaseen-bhav) or serious and sincere ‘Saadhna’ with total surrender to a ‘Sad-Guru).
With awareness an unattatchment your consciousness goes on increasing and with it your sanity and wisdom goes on increasing and when you achieve 100% - You simply attain cosmic consciousness (sub consciousness is erased) or you become one with the universe or existence itself. And your life becomes a blessing and can bless many lives which come into your contact.
And now some qualities of mind when master goes on a eternal sleep and servant (mind) becomes the master.
1. Mind is no sayer but can’t himself hear no.
2. Minds source of energy is doubt. (That is why–ve is believed immediately but +ve needs proof. –ve is done immediately and +ve is postponed).
3. Mind is unidimensional.( Believer of either, or, and creator of logic).
4. Mind can not see any thing as a whole unity – it first divides and then each part individually).
5. Whatever is suppressed goes to subconscious and whatever is understood properly and experienced goes to conscious mind.
6. Subconscious means hidden and whatever is hidden starts accumulating energy and one day become powerful and uncontrollable.
7. Whatever is achieved looses its value and mind starts chasing which is not achieved.
8. That is why whatever mind gets it seems less mind always demands more.
9. Mind starts feeling bordem after some time and wants to do some thing new.
10. Mind is always interested in results and never in efforts. If result can be achieved without efforts than best.This is the reason it starts finding shortcuts and even can cheat for getting results.This is the reason an educated person becomes more cunning and can cheat if not caught.
11. Mind hears what it wants to hear.
12. Most powerful quality of mind is it sees what it wants to see otherwise it is powerful enough to project what it wants to see if the desired object is not there. That is the reason why magicians are able to show their tricks. And ‘Auto-hypnosis’ and ‘Hypnosis’ is possible.
13. What mind can believe body becomes ready to manifest the symptoms. That is why even a quack or ordinary mantar wala baba can treat a sick person. Or a placebo can cure a patient. Many hospitals of USA have proved this fact.
14. Most of the diseases and sicknesses are b’coz of mind. This is the reason why psycho-analysis is a craze , fashion and status symbol in USA And Europe and treatment is very costly only a few can afford it.
15. Mind even feels whatever it wants to feel.
16. Because of your state of mind you are not able to enjoy your favorite food or music.

‘Supreme conscious mind’ and ‘Cosmic conscious mind’. This I have to write so that you can understand the vastness of the mind. Our ‘Rishies’ and ‘Saints’ knew about the mind from time immemorial. And ‘Sir Aurobindo’ of south has done a lot on conscious mind.
And don’t be confused between ‘Mind’ and ‘Brain’. Brain can be treated by ‘Neuro-Physcian’ or ‘Neuro-Surgeon’ but for the treatment of mind one has to go to a ‘Psychiatrist’, ‘Hypnotist’ or ‘Psychoanalyst (Shrink).
Now question arises how to be in control of mind so that master remains a master and servant remains a servant. The answer is ‘Meditation’, ‘Awareness’ and ‘‘Witnessing’ (Saakshi-bhav or Udaaseen-bhav) or serious and sincere ‘Saadhna’ with total surrender to a ‘Sad-Guru).
With awareness an unattatchment your consciousness goes on increasing and with it your sanity and wisdom goes on increasing and when you achieve 100% - You simply attain cosmic consciousness (sub consciousness is erased) or you become one with the universe or existence itself. And your life becomes a blessing and can bless many lives which come into your contact.
And now some qualities of mind when master goes on a eternal sleep and servant (mind) becomes the master.
1. Mind is no sayer but can’t himself hear no.
2. Minds source of energy is doubt. (That is why–ve is believed immediately but +ve needs proof. –ve is done immediately and +ve is postponed).
3. Mind is unidimensional.( Believer of either, or, and creator of logic).
4. Mind can not see any thing as a whole unity – it first divides and then each part individually).
5. Whatever is suppressed goes to subconscious and whatever is understood properly and experienced goes to conscious mind.
6. Subconscious means hidden and whatever is hidden starts accumulating energy and one day become powerful and uncontrollable.
7. Whatever is achieved looses its value and mind starts chasing which is not achieved.
8. That is why whatever mind gets it seems less mind always demands more.
9. Mind starts feeling bordem after some time and wants to do some thing new.
10. Mind is always interested in results and never in efforts. If result can be achieved without efforts than best.This is the reason it starts finding shortcuts and even can cheat for getting results.This is the reason an educated person becomes more cunning and can cheat if not caught.
11. Mind hears what it wants to hear.
12. Most powerful quality of mind is it sees what it wants to see otherwise it is powerful enough to project what it wants to see if the desired object is not there. That is the reason why magicians are able to show their tricks. And ‘Auto-hypnosis’ and ‘Hypnosis’ is possible.
13. What mind can believe body becomes ready to manifest the symptoms. That is why even a quack or ordinary mantar wala baba can treat a sick person. Or a placebo can cure a patient. Many hospitals of USA have proved this fact.
14. Most of the diseases and sicknesses are b’coz of mind. This is the reason why psycho-analysis is a craze , fashion and status symbol in USA And Europe and treatment is very costly only a few can afford it.
15. Mind even feels whatever it wants to feel.
16. Because of your state of mind you are not able to enjoy your favorite food or music.

Hi Friends,
Let us discuss the most commonly used four letter word love. Actually ‘English’ language is very poor in comparison to ‘Sanskrit’ in the kingdom of words. So ‘Love’ causes confusion as it is common for every emotion of love but in ‘Sanskrit’ there is a separate word for every emotion for eg. ‘Mamta’; ‘Vatsalya’; ‘Sneh’; ‘Prem’; ‘Pyaar’ etc. etc.
So ‘Love’ has different meaning for all. To a teenager it is mobile, to a youngster it may be computer, to a textile processor love is fabric, to artists/ painters love is color, to a baby it is mother, to a writer it becomes playing with words and for above 18 what most of you have already thought from the subject itself.
According to my understanding ‘Love’ is a 3 storey building – 1ST story is ‘Physiological’, actually it is not love but only lust, 2ND story is ‘Psychological’ which is between the 1st and 3rd storey so sometimes it comes down to 1st storey and at another time it moves up to 3rd storey and 3RD storey is ‘Spiritual’ love.
At the lowest it is physiology, biology, chemistry and physics. Simply you can say it is a play of hormones. A male is attracted towards a female and vice versa. They think they are falling in love but if hormones could laugh then they must be laughing like a ‘Laughing Buddha’ inside the bodies of both lovers or more appropriately lusters – you stupids, you both are befooled. What you are calling love is nothing but attraction between the male and female hormones. It is ‘Bio-physical chemistry, it is the lowest. I am sorry to say it is animalistic, it is lust. Physiological love or lust is an exploitation of the other, using other as a means and goes on diminishing and finished soon. And when used only as a means it is animalistic b’coz each human being has a potential to reach highest level of existence.
And majority of people know only love at its lowest. If you go a little higher- say, love for music is not hormonal, it is not physiology but it is psychological. So a human beings love for music, painting, poetry, photography, flowers, trees, rivers, mountains etc. etc. that is, which can not be reduced to sexuality is ‘Psychological’. It’s more passionate and becomes higher in level. Psychological love knows how to sacrifice. You yourself become a means and mostly expressed in some art namely poetry, painting, music etc. etc.
Still higher state is ‘Spiritual’ love. It has’ Godliness’ and totally different from ‘Physiological’ or ‘Psychological’. Its expression is ‘Compassion’ – ‘Passion’ evolved into ‘Compassion’. This love is ‘Existential’ or love of a ‘KRISHNA’ or a ‘BUDDHA’. And in ‘Spiritual’ love there is no question of means and ends – you have transcended ( gone beyond) the conspiracy of all dualities so no question of other. No I/ U relationship but yes it is cosmic relationship or the lover has melted into existence and became existence itself. It is pure ‘Love’ overflowing and no limitations and whole universe feels this love.
This pure love is always expanding and rising upwards like a flame without smoke and is on ‘Uttrayan journey’. Lust is always going down and always and on ‘Dakshinayan journey’. And the Psychological love is in between the two – something of lust and passion in it and something of spiritual or compassion in it.

But it has to be remembered that without ‘Physiological’ attraction there will be no ‘Psychological’ growth and without ‘Psychological’ love affair there is no possibility of ‘Spiritual’ love and has to be in this sequence only.
That is precisely the reason why a marriage is necessary. And the wisdom of marriage by Indian rituals and customs (Don’t laugh – genuine rituals and customs are must) last longest by any standards.
